Clipealo is a service operated in Peru. Corporate registration information will be updated when available.

To use the Services you must be over 18 years old. Minors under 18 may access only with express consent and supervision of their parents or legal guardians.

You declare and warrant that you have full legal capacity to contract in accordance with Peruvian Civil Code and applicable regulations.

Clipealo is exclusively a technology tool that provides:

• Artificial intelligence algorithms to analyze streams
• Automated ability to generate video clips
• Temporary storage infrastructure
• Content management interface

Clipealo provides tools to analyze videos, suggest segments and prepare clips. Users decide which content to edit, export or publish, including through connected accounts.

When creating an account, you agree to provide truthful, accurate, current, and complete information, maintain confidentiality of your access credentials, and immediately notify us of any unauthorized use.

You are solely responsible for all activities conducted under your account.

Clipealo is a tool. You are responsible for how you use it.

Clipealo is NOT responsible for:

• Content users transmit, process, or generate
• Infringements of copyright, trademarks, or intellectual property
• Violations of image, voice, privacy, or publicity rights
• Illegal, defamatory, or obscene content generated by users
• Claims, lawsuits, or legal actions by third parties
• Damages caused by user content

You agree to defend Clipealo against claims related to your content, indemnify all expenses, damages, and losses, and hold Clipealo, its directors, employees, and representatives harmless.

You retain all intellectual property rights to your streams, original content, generated clips, and derivative works.

Clipealo is the exclusive owner of the platform, source code, AI algorithms, machine learning models, brand, logos, and designs, protected under Legislative Decree No. 822.

• Free Plan: limited access to basic features
• Paid Plans: full access according to the contracted plan

• Prices in Peruvian Soles (PEN) or US Dollars (USD)
• Published prices do NOT include VAT (18%)
• Clipealo may modify prices with 30 days notice

By subscribing, you authorize recurring charges. Renewal is automatic. You can cancel from your account, effective at the end of the current period.

Refund available only if: 7 days or less have elapsed since purchase AND you have not used the service at all.

To the maximum extent permitted by Peruvian law, Clipealo assumes no responsibility for user content, third-party platforms, indirect damages, interruptions, or third-party actions.

Clipealo provides the service "AS IS" without express or implied warranties of merchantability, fitness, or uninterrupted operation.

You may cancel your account from settings or by contacting us on WhatsApp at +51 923 783 155.

Clipealo may suspend or terminate an account for violation of these Terms, fraudulent activity, non-payment, or use compromising security.

These Terms are governed by laws of the Republic of Peru: Peruvian Civil Code, Consumer Protection and Defense Code, Personal Data Protection Law, and Legislative Decree No. 822.

Parties will attempt to resolve disputes through direct negotiation. Consumers may file complaints with INDECOPI, courts in their domicile, or consumer arbitration.
